I need some tyres had enuf of my back end slipping and spinning..wot the best tyres people go for on a king

I have a set of Avon Storm ST on my king I love them.

i have the same as mick storm, st,brilliant.

The standard tyres are shyte. I've had all sorts of 'moments' with them, I'm going to flatten the middle on toll roads on the way out on a Spain trip and get new ones fitted for the way back.

There is no correct answer, other wise everyone would buy the same.
Everyone has different wants/needs/$$$/ability/use/style/etc etc.

I used "after-market" Dunlop Qualifiers and normal Pilot Powers.
Both semed better than factory to me, both OK and useable.

As a better all round street tyre i'd say Pilot Power 2CT dual compounds,
and change the back to a 190/55.

i have Avon Storm on my Bandit 12 and when i need new for the BKing i'll opt for them i reckon. Trouble is i think ridden hard any tyre will not last long.

I was going thru' a rear every 2000 miles on the B12 and i'm a skinny bugger, just heavy handed!

i'mm on my second set of 2CTs i get about 3200 miles on the rear, great grip,...mal

what do you pay for a pair, and do you get loose wheels fitted?
