| soft ground please for my back in my tent and a space for my B kings tent.. yes sad i know but it's my baby.... I am looking forward to doing some thing like this...one rally i went on we had to bring our own BBQ food and use the BBQ pits provided.. it was a centre feature and kept us warm all night.. we could do some thing similar maybe those porta barbies.. ... |

| Is there a 4 or 5 Star hotel don`t do camping anymore, I did it for 30 days on a bike trip across America loved the trip but after 15 days putting the tent up and down each day did my head in. or I may ride home each night.!!!!!!!! its only 150 miles each way. _________________ Ride Hard Ride Safe

| Hi guys, the response so far is very encouraging. I've now done a little research...There is a RWYB at Sennapod on Saturday 17th April, which is when I thought we might do this. Also, a little later there's a bike only weekend with camping and evening entertainment at the Pod Sat/Sun 15/16 May. If we go for the earlier date I've found what looks like an excellent pub with large LEVEL campsite at Blisworth www.royaloak-pub.co.uk Check out the following link; http://www.365hq.com/the_royal_oak_campsite.htmI'm now looking for comfy accommodation for the softies!! |

| The Walnut Tree is close to Blisworth, rooms from £65. |

| I have been to the Royal oak. it was one of the locations for our annual club meetings, I was made chairman of the S.O.C in the barn at the rear ideal little place grass at the rear of the pub big enough for thirty odd tents easy.. i know several accommodations there as well.. the pubs beer is top notch as well food, yes very good those many years ago... |

| The wife and I are up for this but will be staying in something with brickwalls.
Can you confirm what dates you are thinking of. |

| My preference is for the weekend of Fri 16th to Sun 18th April, camping at the Royal Oak. I'm thinking of a laid back affair; meet up with you guys have a barbeque and a few ride outs, probably with one to Santa Pod for a blast down the strip. Welly-throwing isn't my cup of tea! As laceandwhiskey and I have posted there is bedded accommodation nearby. Please keep the ideas coming in so we can arrange this. An idea of numbers would be appreciated, so far I guess we have about 20 people. |

| I have loads of porta barbies think about 5 ...in my garage, so instead of having to buy loads of barbie food.. meat etc hows about bring your own and slap it on the barbie once it is lit... beer from the pub..definately no silly rally games... |

| A man after my own heart! If you know the area perhaps you could suggest a route or two for ride outs? |
