THaks, BKing...but how about other features..Now, it shows blinking "M" and the word "MECHA" next to it. My guess, that was a reminder of interval maintenance, right? and how do you clear them? Do I have to take it to dealer?

"M" is in the book and it's to do with the maintenance interval, time for a service.
Or instructions for resetting are in this thread:
http://www.suzukib-king.org/mechanichelp-info-advice-maintenance-f16/how-to-re-set-the-service-ks-t398.htm

From the owners manual
"Chec" in the display means:
-make sure that the engine stop switch is in the run position.
-make sure that the transmission is in neutral or the side stand is fully up.
-if the display still indicates "chec" after checking the above items, inspect the ignition fuse and the connection to the lead wire couplers.
Also see this thread:

Order this Part# 99011-23H50-03A
It will cost you around $25 and you have all the info at hand AND when it's time to sell your bike it is complete with owners manual.

OR if you bought the bike new, then DEMAND an owners manual from the dealer, it is part of the bike.
