The upholsterer did the job and im not sure what the thickness was but i dont think it matters if you are taking it apart.You should measure how high it sits in stock form and than work out how much latex you want to put in......so if you want thicker latex than you have to reduce the original stock foam by reshaping it .

It all depends on what you want and how good the upholsterer is,my guy said that its easier for him to shape the stock foam down and compensate with the memory foam to the height i want or how comfy ma ass needs to be......my ass has to have the best seat,was my reply. |

I have though about the Corbin and look forward to hear how comfortable you think it is. Also I hope you dont have any issues but I have seen afew posts on how others have had issues with how they fit.
