| Well i just had to do it, picked up an 08' with 6K miles from a guy in Arizona.
I still have my 01' ZRX, and this is a modern , more power, version.
Looking forward to many mods, change the weird pipes is first on the list, after an oil change.
I almost don't want to drive it without different pipes.
Also went with the buell pegs, dropped 1 inch so my knees will fit.
Looks like a great site, let me know if you are in the So Cal area.

| We moved from So Cal to Northern Cali about six years ago and miss all the great LA area eataries....... anyway congrats on the bike its a good 'un. I was put off by the whole look of the thing back in 08 but when I found a new one a year ago it was love at first sight, especially the unmistakable Japanese styling. Enjoy yours how you want to, there are many exhaust options out there, pod replacement, more conservative front fenders, til tidys etc to make the bike look more 'normal'. In a year of ownership I've received nothing but positive comments about the beast. Enjoy the ride. |
